ARTEMIS ADR : SIGNS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WORTH RS 24.60 CR
• Company entered into Software Development and Implementation Services Agreement with Jupitice Justice Technologies on April 01, 2026 • Size of agreement at ₹24.60 Cr for contractor-managed end-to-end delivery of the ADR marketplace platform • Scope covers foundation/configuration, ADR formation and processes, records and payments, privacy and AI controls, marketplace/offices, integrations, testing, deployment, training and handover • Reference programme runs 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2027, subject to validation of opening position and remaining-work plan • Warranty of 12 months after final acceptance with first 90 days for stabilisation; no deferred functionality • Transaction is a related party transaction done at arm's length; Jupitice is a shareholder in the same company, with Nil shareholding in the counterparty
