• SEAMLESS TUBE FACILITY: Expansion progressing as scheduled, with sizing and straightening mills received and installed. • PRODUCTION TRIALS: Expected to begin in February–March 2027. • AXLE SHAFT CAPACITY: Plans to increase production capacity to support future growth. • FORWARD INTEGRATION: Plans to expand into cold tube manufacturing, strengthening product capabilities. • ROBOTIC AUTOMATION: Increased investment planned in forging operations and machining facilities. • FUNDING: Proposed expansion initiatives to be financed through the ongoing preferential issue. • COST COMPETITIVENESS: Backward integration and automation expected to improve cost efficiency, productivity and value-added product offerings.
