• Board approved incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiary Dollex Green Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in India • Proposed entity to operate in renewable energy and allied sectors, including biogas, Compressed Biogas (CBG), bioenergy, biomethane, renewable gaseous fuels and organic/bio-fertilizers • Initial subscribed and paid-up capital of ₹1 L (10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each), to be funded by cash • Dollex to subscribe 9,999 equity shares at ₹10 each (~₹1 L), with one share held by a nominee; intended beneficial ownership 100% • Proposed subsidiary will be a related party to the listed entity upon incorporation
