• New contracts for hiring of various cranes under Segment A (Equipment Hiring & Infra Projects) • Total contract value about ₹45.73 Cr including taxes, executable from Q3 FY27 up to Q4 FY29 • BHEL order valued at ₹28.70 Cr including taxes, to be executed Q3 FY27 to Q4 FY29 • Adani Power order valued at ₹17.03 Cr including taxes, to be executed Q3 FY27 to Q4 FY28 • Deployment of cranes of 80MT to 800MT capacity at BHEL and Adani Power plant locations across India • Both orders are domestic and not related party transactions
