Revenue up 20.7% at 669.79 Cr (YOY), down 30.1% (QOQ). PBT down 44% at 15.85 Cr (YOY), down 81.4% (QOQ). Board approved acquisition of Truck and Bus Division Business from holding company Mahindra & Mahindra on slump sale basis for ₹525 Cr, subject to working capital adjustments; closing by 31 January 2027. Impact: Q2 standalone net profit fell 44.4% YoY while revenue rose 20.7% YoY; proposed acquisition is valued at ₹525 Cr.
