AARTECH : WOS FARADIGM SIGNS MOU WITH SHENZHEN TITAN SMART ENERGY
• MoU signed by Faradigm Ultracapacitors, wholly owned subsidiary of Aartech Solonics, with Shenzhen Titan Smart Energy Technology Co. Ltd., China • Cooperation to explore advanced energy storage solutions and localized manufacturing and assembly capabilities in India • Initial focus on LFP-based Battery Energy Storage Systems from 100 kWh to 5 MWh, including C&I applications and solar-diesel-battery hybrid solutions • FaraDigm's upcoming facility at the Renewable Energy Manufacturing Cluster, Mohasa-Babai, Madhya Pradesh, planned to commence operations in FY 2027-28 • Partnership to explore manufacturing and technology licensing opportunities; utility scale projects currently under review • Titan reports a portfolio of more than 300 projects, cumulative deployments exceeding 3 GWh and over 200 proprietary patents
