MANCREDIT : ALLOTS 25 LAKH WARRANTS WORTH RS 61.75 CR
• Board approved allotment of 25,00,000 convertible equity warrants at ₹247 each (₹10 face value plus ₹237 premium) • Total consideration ₹61.75 Cr; 25% paid upfront at ₹15.44 Cr • Promoter allottees take 24 lakh warrants, led by Hardik Meghraj Jain, Seema Ajit Jain, Indra Meghraj Jain and Ritu Jain at 5.5 lakh each • One non-promoter allottee, Disha Jagdish Jain, gets 1 lakh warrants • Warrants carry 18-month validity from allotment, convertible into equal number of equity shares • Allotment follows shareholder approval at the 64th AGM on September 22, 2026 and exchange in-principle approval dated October 6, 2026
