DHAMPUR BIO : SIGNS TECHNOLOGY LICENSING PACT WITH PLANETARY SA FOR MYCOPROTEIN

• Agreement executed on October 19, 2026 with Switzerland-based Planetary SA for exclusive production of Mycoprotein in India • Planetary to be technology provider and off-taker; DBO to be manufacturer and supplier of Mycoprotein and related products • Royalty at 10% of after-tax revenue, paid quarterly by DBO to Planetary; one-time launch fee on open-book basis for engineering, installation and commissioning • One-time IT setup fee payable for configuration of the data platform • Initial term of 10 years, renewable by mutual agreement for successive 5-year terms • Parties to also execute a commercialisation and offtake agreement and a JV company for Mycoprotein commercialisation and offtake in India • Company expects sugar and molasses to act as feedstock, adding a new revenue stream and improving profitability
