Reclassification under Regulation 31A(10) of SEBI LODR follows completion of the open offer by acquirer Saroj Kumar Choudhury on September 18, 2026. All 8 reclassified promoter/promoter group persons hold nil shares and have no board representation, control or KMP role in the company. Saroj Kumar Choudhury remains the sole promoter holding 27,61,576 shares, or 46.46% of the company.
