Abhishek Gilara acquired 7,778,430 equity shares (16.979% of diluted share capital) from Vipul Gilara on 16 October 2026 by way of gift. Transferor's holding falls to 7,970,490 shares (17.40%) from 15,748,920 shares (34.38%); acquirer's holding rises from nil. No consideration paid; exemption claimed under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i)(ii) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
