• Board approved investment in Clio Quantinfra Limited, United Kingdom, by subscribing to its share capital • Post incorporation, Clio Quantinfra Limited will become a subsidiary of Clio Infotech • Company to invest approximately GBP 1,000 in cash for 1,000 equity shares, being 100% of the shareholding • Target entity will operate in IT services and IT related infrastructure, including software designing, development and dealing • Only procedural Company House (UK) approvals required; completion within 12 months
