• Allotment of 1,26,35,379 equity shares of face value ₹1 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers • Issue price ₹1,108 per share (premium ₹1,107), a discount of ₹50.58 or 4.37% to the floor price of ₹1,158.58 • Dilution of about 7% on the pre-issue base • Allottees with 5% or more include Motilal Oswal MF (46.43% clubbed), Mirae Asset MF (8.57%), Tata MF (5.71%), Bank of India MF (5.71%), Aditya Birla Sun Life MF (5.00%) and Invesco India MF (5.00%)
