• Subsidiary EAAA India Alternatives Ltd filed Red Herring Prospectus dated October 19, 2026 with ROC Mumbai, SEBI, BSE and NSE • IPO comprises an offer for sale for an amount not exceeding ₹1,200 Cr (Rs 12,000 million) by Edelweiss Securities & Investments (ESIPL), a wholly owned subsidiary • Issue is of equity shares of face value ₹5 each • IPO opens October 26, 2026 and closes October 28, 2026; anchor investor bidding date October 23, 2026 • OFS is being undertaken by ESIPL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Edelweiss Financial Services
