• LOI signed and issued on 20 October 2026 to Elekta Solutions AB, Sweden • Covers ten HARMONY linear accelerator systems, including equipment, accessories, software, documentation, installation and commissioning • Deal value expected between US$11-15 million, proposed to be paid in Swedish krona (SEK) • Systems to be operated by the company's subsidiary Optimus Oncology Private Limited • Phased delivery of five units followed by five units, tentatively completed by October 2028 • LOI is non-binding; procurement subject to definitive Purchase and License Agreement, approvals, financing and contractual conditions
