Both entities, Juniper Green Stellar Fifteen and Juniper Green Beta Eight, incorporated on October 20, 2026 to develop and operate renewable power generation projects. Company subscribed to 1,50,000 equity shares of ₹10 each at par in both entities, aggregating to ₹30 L in total.
