• CDSCO under DCGI approved Zytorvi (toripalimab) with cisplatin and paclitaxel for first-line treatment of adults with unresectable advanced, recurrent or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma • Second approved indication in India, expanding use beyond nasopharyngeal carcinoma where it was launched in November 2024 • India label does not require patient selection based on PD-L1 expression status • Approval supported by Phase 3 JUPITER-06 trial; toripalimab plus chemotherapy reduced risk of disease progression or death by 42% versus chemotherapy alone • Median overall survival 17.7 months versus 12.9 months with chemotherapy alone • Dr. Reddy's holds exclusive development and commercialisation rights for toripalimab in 21 countries under its 2023 agreement with Junshi Biosciences
