RUDRABHISHEK ENTERPRISES (REPL): SECURES ₹220 CR URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN UTTARAKHAND

• REPL-led consortium with New Modern Buildwell Pvt Ltd secured a consultancy contract from Nagar Nigam, Kashipur. • Project involves development of selected Urban Challenge Fund (UCF) projects in Kashipur under DBFOT (PPP) mode. • Project Cost: ₹220 Cr (including GST). • Estimated Revenue Generation: ₹300 Cr (including GST). • Construction Period: Approximately 36 months. • Concession Period: 29 years and 11 months, extendable by another 29 years and 11 months. • Development includes commercial shops, multi-level parking, internal roads, hotels, entertainment zones and other urban infrastructure.
