BHARAT PARENTERALS : SUBSIDIARY BEGINS US COMMERCIAL SUPPLY
• Innoxel Lifesciences, 55.9% subsidiary, commenced commercial supply to the US; first CMO product launched by sponsor partner on October 20, 2026 • Product made at Innoxel's finished dosage facility in Vadodara; site received US FDA EIR in July 2025 and EU-GMP certificate for all four lines in March 2026 • All FY26 revenue of ₹72.4 Cr came from licensing: ₹17.1 Cr upfront and ₹55.3 Cr milestone-linked; commercial supply adds recurring revenue per batch shipped • Innoxel signed 23 deals in FY26 (7 out-licensing, 16 CMO/CDO), taking total since inception to 48; it works with 19 active partners (8 US, 6 EU, 5 India) • Two CMO products expected to commercialise in FY27; more CMO launches lined up over next two quarters and into FY28
