• Subsidiary Ceigall Sahebganj Bettiah Highway Limited received NHAI letter noting financial close for the project • Project covers 4-laning of Sahebganj-Areraj-Bettiah section of NH 139-W in Bihar, total length 78.942 km • Project cost ₹2,160 Cr under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) • Construction period 730 days with 15-year O&M period • Financial close date stated as 15-09-2026
