• Board approves transfer of Going-out India business to wholly owned subsidiary ZEPL( Zomato Entertainment Private Limited ) for ₹130.76 Cr. • Business contributed ₹587 Cr revenue in FY25 (5.39% of standalone revenue). • Going-out businesses of Orbgen and Wasteland Entertainment also to be consolidated into ZEPL. • Transfer expected within 30 days; aims to simplify operations and improve efficiency.
