• Eternal to swap its entire Adonmo stake for shares in Mygate. • Eternal's stake valued at ₹156 Cr vs original investment of ₹112 Cr in 2022 — 39% gain. • Eternal to hold approximately 4.4% in merged Mygate entity. • Mygate FY26 revenue at ₹229 Cr, up 34% YoY. • Transaction expected to complete by December 5, 2026.
