• Company entered into a memorandum of understanding for brand endorsement with Mr. Sonu Pankaj Sood (Sonu Sood) on October 20, 2026 • Covers brand endorsement, advertising, marketing and promotional activities for the company and its brands including VANDU and MUNCHIN Foods • Scope, duration, deliverables, usage of name and image and other commercial terms to be finalised via definitive agreements within 90 days of the MOU • Endorsement fees mutually agreed; amount and payment schedule to be recorded in the definitive agreement(s) • Company expects the association to support visibility and promotion of its brands
