KIRI INDUSTRIES : DETAILS RS 288.92 CR UTILISATION FOR PREFERENTIAL ISSUE

• Preferential issue of 60,82,600 convertible warrants approved at the 28th AGM on September 29, 2026 • ₹50 Cr earmarked for working capital, including raw materials, trade creditors, employee costs and administrative expenses • ₹90 Cr loan/investment to Indo Asia Copper for copper project capex and ₹90 Cr to Indoasia Agrotech Fertilizers for fertilisers project capex • ₹38.92 Cr to Kiri Infrastructure for captive jetty, desalination plant and conveyor system for copper and fertiliser projects • ₹20 Cr for general corporate purposes, including repair and maintenance of existing manufacturing facilities • Proceeds to be utilised within 24 months from receipt of funds
