• Company entered into a sale agreement on 21.10.2026 to buy 4.5 acres of land at Mudhela Village, Savli Taluka, Vadodara District, Gujarat. • Total consideration is ₹4.65 Cr, exclusive of stamp duty, registration charges and taxes. • Land parcel is about 4.5 acres (19,020 sq meters) of agricultural land at R.S. 302, Khakariya Road. • Source of funding is internal accruals; counterparties include Girishbhai Ishvarbhai Patel and others.
