• Zylidac Bio, a fully integrated biologics CDMO within the Zydus group, partners with Prolific Machines • Partnership scales Prolific's light-controlled cell line development platform into GMP manufacturing • Zylidac to first complete tech transfer at 50-liter scale, then plan 250-liter and GMP-scale client programs • Prolific reported 21 g/L productivity in a 15-day intensified fed-batch CHO run for a mAb, with up to 3x titer increases for complex formats • Prolific's illumination hardware works with Zylidac's existing bioreactors, eliminating need for customers to build new manufacturing infrastructure • Creates end-to-end pathway from cell line development at Prolific to scale-up, drug substance, drug product, fill-finish and packaging at Zylidac
