• Final dividend of ₹9.50 per share (475%) on face value ₹2 for FY 2025-26 • Total payout at ₹302.10 Cr; Gujarat government's share at ₹223.55 Cr, with 74% equity holding • FY26 standalone PAT at ₹990.81 Cr vs ₹687.92 Cr in FY25; includes exceptional gain of ₹522.65 Cr from input tax credit after GST rate rationalisation on lignite • Total dividend equals about 30% of standalone PAT; dividends to Gujarat government from FY22 to FY26 exceed ₹1,050 Cr
