MILLWORKS : WINS TWO HAL ORDERS, SIGNS UAV ENGINE MOU WITH TRIDENTECH
• Two developmental purchase orders from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), value not disclosed • First order from Overhaul Division for manufacture and supply of Oxygen Valve Assemblies for the HAWK advanced jet trainer • Second order from Engine Division, Koraput for Surge Warning Sensor Assemblies for the RD-33 engine powering the MiG-29 • Both are flight-critical assemblies needing high precision, stringent quality assurance and complete traceability • MoU with TridenTech Engineering (Chennai, IIT Madras Research Park) covers co-development, manufacturing and marketing of UAV internal combustion engines for defence, surveillance, logistics and export markets • TridenTech leads engine design, development, assembly and testing; Millworks leads manufacturing engineering, production and export marketing under a revenue-share arrangement, retaining exclusive rights to its casting, seal and component processes • FY26 total income ₹153.40 Cr, Ebitda ₹56.65 Cr, net profit ₹37.06 Cr, with 27.47% from exports to 12 countries
