• Completed acquisition of 10,000 equity shares, representing 100% of QeApps Private Limited, for cash consideration of ₹12 Cr • QeApps is a Shopify-focused software provider with 20+ applications, over 10,000 active installations across 15+ countries • QeApps FY26 revenue was ₹95 lakh versus ₹65 lakh in FY25 • Transaction is a related party transaction, undertaken at arm's length per valuation report and shareholder approval • Also invested ₹1 Cr in QeLearn and ₹7 Cr in QeMFG, both existing wholly owned subsidiaries, funded from rights issue proceeds
