ORGANIC RECYCLING : SIGNS MOU WITH MAHANAGAR GAS FOR CBG PROJECTS
• Company signed a non-binding MoU with Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) to explore opportunities in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) value chain in Maharashtra and Karnataka • Scope covers evaluation of CBG projects using agricultural waste, OFMSW and other organic feedstocks, including feasibility, techno-commercial assessment and project development • MoU also provides a framework for potential CBG offtake arrangements • No consideration or definitive investment commitment is specified under the MoU; EPC contract or commercial arrangement subject to feasibility studies, due diligence and definitive agreements • Rationale is to leverage ORSL's organic waste processing and CBG project development capabilities with MGL's city gas distribution expertise
