• Board evaluated and approved capacity expansion for Constant Velocity Joint (CVJ) line • Existing capacity ~1.2 million units with utilization at ~90% • Proposed capacity addition of ~0.8 million units • New capacity to be added by August 2028 at Jalisana, Gujarat • Investment amount to be finalized and approved by the Board; funding via mix of internal accruals and borrowings • Rationale: additional capacity to cater to demand from fast-growing Indian OEMs
