WHIRLPOOL : SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE; HEAD-ACCOUNTING AND HEAD-TAXATION RESIGN

Akash Mishra appointed Head-Supply Chain (VP-Supply Chain) with effect from October 22, 2026, reporting to the MD. Chetan Shetty, current Head-Supply Chain, moves as Factory Head-Puducherry and ceases to be senior management from October 22, 2026. Prafulla Kandpal, Head-Accounting, resigns effective October 30, 2026; Vijay Waghmore, Head-Taxation, resigns effective November 13, 2026. Successors for both resignations to be filed in due course.
