GARWARE HI-TECH Q2 FY27: ₹191 CR CAPEX, LUBRIZOL PARTNERSHIP & GLOBAL EXPANSION
• CAPACITY EXPANSION: TPU line commissioning on track for Q3 FY27. • NEW CAPACITY: ₹191 Cr advanced robotics facility expected to begin production in H1 FY28, adding approximately 1,200 lakh sq. ft. capacity. • LUBRIZOL PARTNERSHIP: Signed MoU to develop advanced TPU-based films, strengthening premium PPF business. • SMART FILMS: Launched switchable privacy films for architectural applications. • GLOBAL EXPANSION: Added 2 US application studios, taking global network to 14. • DOMESTIC EXPANSION: Garware Home Solutions studios increased to 14 from 9 QoQ. • FUTURE TARGET: Plans 12 additional studios in Q3 and 50 studios by December 2027. • DISTRIBUTION: Added 4 global distributors and 3 architecture channel partners.
