SANDUMA : FORAYS INTO MEDICAL DEVICES, WOS LEASES 6.2 ACRES AT AMTZ
• Wholly owned subsidiary Royal Sandur MedTech takes 6.2 acres (about 25,090 sqm) of developed land on long-term lease at Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone, Visakhapatnam • Lease deed executed on 19 October 2026 with Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone Ltd, the Andhra Pradesh government undertaking that owns and operates AMTZ • Lease tenure of 33 years from execution, with exclusive right to convert leasehold into freehold after 10 years from commissioning of business • Land comes with road, power, water and effluent infrastructure provided by AMTZ; unit to set up a manufacturing facility there • Subsidiary has also taken office space at World Trade Center AMTZ to support project development • Capex plans and project timelines to be announced in due course
