• Company invested ₹12 Cr by subscribing to 1.2 Cr equity shares of face value ₹10 each in Shakti EV Mobility Private Limited • Consolidated investment in the wholly owned subsidiary stands at ₹92 Cr after the subscription • Shakti EV Mobility total asset size was ~₹128.57 Cr as on March 31, 2026 • Subsidiary manufactures electric vehicle motors and chargers/controllers for 2W, 3W, 4W and special-purpose EVs • Subsidiary turnover: FY26 ₹24.25 Cr, FY25 ₹3.73 Cr, FY24 ₹4.30 Cr • Investment is cash consideration; completion same day; no regulatory approvals required
