Revenue up 10.2% at ₹22,109 Cr (YOY); H1 revenue at ₹51,486 Cr v ₹38,762 Cr. PBT up 205% at ₹3,032 Cr (YOY) v ₹994 Cr; H1 PAT up 387% at ₹3,288 Cr (YOY). Gross refining margin at US$20.41/bbl v US$9.04/bbl (YOY); H1 GRM US$14.34/bbl v US$6.17/bbl. Crude throughput 2.590 MMT with 98% capacity utilisation despite planned turnaround of one crude unit; H1 throughput 5.438 MMT at 103% utilisation. Declared interim dividend of ₹25 per equity share of face value ₹10 for FY2026-27.
