• Board approved acquisition of remaining 49% stake in Cyient Solutions and Systems Private Limited (CSSPL) • Post-acquisition, Cyient will hold 100% of CSSPL, making it a wholly owned subsidiary • Seller is Blue Bird Aero Systems Limited, Israel; consideration is cash • CSSPL makes unmanned aerial systems and had nil turnover in the last three years • Acquisition is in the aerospace/defense line and subject to corporate, FEMA and tax compliances
