PETRONET LNG : FORMS JV FOR 10 CBG PLANTS WORTH OVER RS 1200 CR
• Binding term sheet signed on 22 October 2026 with Gruner Renewable Energy Private Limited for a joint venture to set up CBG plants across India • JV to be a private limited company with 50:50 equity participation; board seats in proportion to equity shareholding • JV to establish 10 CBG plants of 18 MT per day capacity each, with estimated capital outlay of ₹1,200 Cr • Scope covers CBG feedstock procurement, production, compression, distribution, storage, transport, trading and sale, plus associated by-products • Petronet LNG holds no shareholding in Gruner Renewable Energy; transaction is not a related party transaction
