WEBSOL : APPOINTS VINAY VYAS AS CEO OF WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY WEBSOL RENEWABLES
• Board of Websol Renewables Pvt Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary, approved appointment of Vinay Vyas as CEO, effective October 21, 2026 • Vyas has over 18 years of experience in renewable energy and energy storage, having worked on a clean energy portfolio of more than 8 GW • Prior roles include CEO of FusionX Energy, Group Lead (Vice President) for renewable power, BESS and green hydrogen at Welspun Group, and Director of the Global Renewable Energy Center at Canadian Solar • Chaired the Energy Storage Committee at National Solar Energy Federation of India (NSEFI) in 2025 • Websol crossed ₹1,000 Cr revenue in FY26 and plans to scale capacity to 5,350 MW solar cells and 4,550 MW modules by 2028 • Websol Renewables extends the company's presence further along the solar value chain, per management
