Board to consider standalone and consolidated unaudited results for quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Also to consider in principle issue of equity shares of face value ₹1 each on a rights basis and appoint intermediaries. Trading window closed from 1 October 2026 till 48 hours after results declaration.
