• Board approved sale of 7,20,000 equity shares (1.27%) of Amplus Ampere Pvt Ltd to Apcotex Industries for ₹72 L • Company will sell a further 7,36,000 shares (1.30%) of AAPL to Deepak Novochem Technologies for ₹73.60 L • Total consideration for both tranches at ₹1.46 Cr, out of its holding of 48,00,000 AAPL shares (8.50%) • Post both transactions, NRB Bearings' stake in AAPL will fall to 5.93% from 8.50% • Shares to be transferred free of encumbrances on an as is, where is basis; no special rights for transferees
