ASIAN ENERGY : HOLDING COMPANY SIGNS REVENUE SHARING CONTRACT FOR DSF BLOCK-IV

• Oilmax Energy (OEPL), holding and amalgamating company of Asian Energy, executed the Revenue Sharing Contract with the Government of India on October 22, 2026 • Contract covers Contract Area GK/OSDSF/GKOSN/2025 under the Discovered Small Field (DSF) Bid Round-IV • OEPL holds a 50% participating interest in the Contract Area and acts as Operator • Contract Area was awarded by DGH, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, vide Letter of Award dated August 31, 2026 • NCLT Mumbai Bench-I sanctioned the scheme of merger by absorption of OEPL into the company on September 29, 2026 • OEPL's rights and interests in the Contract Area will vest in the company once the scheme becomes effective and approvals are received
