ASIAN ENERGY : OILMAX SIGNS REVENUE SHARING CONTRACT FOR DSF BLOCK
• Holding and amalgamating company Oilmax Energy executed the Revenue Sharing Contract with the Government of India on October 22, 2026 • Contract covers Contract Area GK/OSDSF/GKOSN/2025 under Discovered Small Field Bid Round-IV • Contract area was awarded to OEPL by DGH via Letter of Award dated August 31, 2026 • OEPL holds 50% participating interest in the contract area and acts as Operator • NCLT Mumbai Bench-I sanctioned the scheme of merger of OEPL into the company on September 29, 2026 • OEPL's rights and interests in the contract area will vest in the company once the scheme becomes effective and approvals are received
