• Praruh Technologies entered into a partnership agreement with Splunk, part of Cisco Systems, Inc. • Splunk specialises in cybersecurity, data analytics and observability, with an AI-powered platform analysing data from applications, networks, endpoints and cloud systems • Platform provides real-time insights into security and performance, helping teams detect threats, troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime • Arrangement is in the ordinary course of business and on an arm's length basis • No promoter or promoter group interest in Splunk in relation to this arrangement
