NCLT Delhi dispensed with meetings of secured creditors of both companies and directed meetings of equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Cyber Media Research & Services (transferor) and Cyber Media India (transferee). Swap ratio 35 equity shares of Cyber Media India for every 8 equity shares of CMRSL; appointed date 1 April 2026, with the transferee holding 38.17% of the transferor.
