• Lease Renewal: Board approved renewal of lease agreement with AMW Autocomponent Limited (AACL), a wholly owned subsidiary • Lease Tenure: Agreement renewed for up to 5 years starting November 26, 2026, with provision for further extensions • Property Location: Leased premises situated at Bhuj-Bhachau Road, Kachchh, Gujarat • Rental Cost: Monthly lease rent of ₹45 lakh, equivalent to ₹5.40 Cr annually • Related Party Transaction: Agreement between parent company and wholly owned subsidiary, conducted on an arm's-length basis • Agreement Terms: All other lease conditions remain unchanged from the previously approved agreement
