• NHAI letter dated 22 October 2026 approves inclusion of four road stretches under InvIT Round-6 for potential acquisition by NHIT • Assets offered under NHAI's asset monetization plan for FY 2026-27; no deal value disclosed • Trichy-Thuvarankurichi NH-38 and Madurai-Chettikulam-Natham-Thuvarankurichi NH-785 stretches in Tamil Nadu total 185.90 km, with plazas at Boothakudi, Chittampatti and Pudur • Varanasi-Birnon NH-29 stretch in Uttar Pradesh spans 72.20 km, with Kaithi plaza • Gwalior-Shivpuri NH-46 section in Madhya Pradesh spans 125.38 km, with Panihar and Mud Kheda plazas • Sangli-Solapur (Pkg-1) NH-166 section in Maharashtra spans 66.00 km, with Borgaon plaza • Proposal subject to further evaluation and discussion by management and Board of NHIIMPL, investment manager to NHIT
