• Letter of Award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) for 14,000 off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems of 5 HP • Total order value ₹330.29 Cr inclusive of GST; covers the entire state of Maharashtra under Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana • Scope includes design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of the SPWPS pumps • Order to be executed within 60 days from issuance of work order/Notice to Proceed (NTP) • One-time domestic order; promoter/promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and it is not a related party transaction
