• Letter of Award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for 14,000 off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems of 5 HP across Maharashtra • Total order value ₹330.29 Cr inclusive of GST under Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana • Scope covers design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of the SPWPS pumps • Order to be executed within 60 days from issuance of work order / Notice to Proceed (NTP) • Domestic entity order; no promoter/group interest and not a related party transaction
