AMWILL : BOARD APPROVES INTERIM DIVIDEND OF ₹0.50/SHARE

• Declared interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, at 5% of paid-up value, for FY 2026-27 • Record date fixed as Friday, October 30, 2026 to determine members entitled to the interim dividend • Interim dividend to be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration • Board also approved unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with limited review report from statutory auditors SKLR & Co. LLP • Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and will be hosted on the company website
