ADANI POWER Q2 FY27: NET PROFIT SURGES 141.5% YOY TO ₹7,019 CR; REVENUE UP 28.5%

• Net Profit: Surged 141.5% YoY to ₹7,019 Cr, supported by strong EBITDA and one-time prior-period revenue recognition • Revenue: Consolidated continuing revenue increased 28.5% YoY to ₹17,528 Cr from ₹13,639 Cr • EBITDA: Consolidated continuing EBITDA grew 18.5% YoY to ₹6,321 Cr from ₹5,333 Cr, despite higher fuel costs • Power Sales: Volume increased 11.5% YoY to 26.4 billion units from 23.7 billion units, supported by strong power demand • New Power Agreement: Received Letter of Award from Uttarakhand Power Corporation for a 25-year Power Supply Agreement covering 1,320 MW (1,234 MW net) • Hydropower Acquisition: Selected as successful resolution applicant for GVK Energy, which operates the 330 MW Alaknanda Hydroelectric Plant in Uttarakhand • Korba Expansion: Achieved grid synchronisation of the first 660 MW supercritical unit at Korba Phase-II • Bhutan Hydropower Project: Signed shareholders' agreement with Druk Green Power Corporation to develop the 770 MW Chamkarchhu Hydropower Project through a 49:51 joint venture • Growth Outlook: Long-term power supply agreements, thermal capacity additions and hydropower expansion strengthen future generation and revenue visibility
